Never Take “NO” For An Answer!

Build the life you want. Do not allow fear to stop you from proceeding.

Building success will never be easy. However, you will reap the reward from all the blood sweat and tears. Your happiness and appreciation will improve greatly due to your commitment to being great. Are you ready to STOP taking NO for an answer and start giving yourself permission to keep moving no matter what?

Most fears of rejection rest on the desire for approval from other people…

Never take no for an answer! Don’t allow words to become your failing point. You will make lots of mistakes along the way, but as long as you stay faithful and committed to your life, you will overcome any and everything placed before you.

Failure is unavoidable in life. That is the only way we can learn to be strong. For example, You won’t get healthy and strong in the weight room if you are not willing to go through some pain. You have to go through something to know how to deal with something. After all, you entered the world yelling and screaming from the trauma placed on you the second you exited the womb.

You will feel rejection anytime you hear the word “NO.” Instead of looking at it as a failure, use it as an opportunity to fine tune your skills so you can get the “YES.” You might get No, a few more times before you get the YES. However, you can’t allow that to put a stick in your wheel. Keep moving and grooving until you get the answer you need.

Sometimes you might not get the YES because the answer you truly needed was the NO! This could be the very thing that drives you to do more in life, such as starting your own company, investing in your ideas, or traveling the world.

Remember to ‘never take NO for an answer’ to any question. Ask yourself why did you get the No and try again.

Gut health is something in which many of us are not paying enough attention to. Society tends to pay more attention to diet and exercise rather than the health of the gut. We need to change this frame of thought because the stomach is considered the first brain of our body, and this is where many of our issues originate from.

There are plenty of steps you can take towards healing your gut, such as:

  • Checking for food intolerance’s by journaling how you feel after eating certain foods

Excuses leads to no where
Whether it has been a difficult period in your life, you just became lazy, or the famous, “don’t have the time,” line, your problem is now yours to fix. It starts with putting a stop to the excuses. 

We all have the same 24 hours in a day and we all get to choose how to use it. Are you working toward something or just trying to get through the day? Are you nourishing your body or grabbing whatever is fast and convenient when you realize you’re starving?

Are you intentional about how you treat those around you or do you find yourself in reaction mode; easily annoyed, defensive and short? 

If you find yourself on the negative end of that spectrum, start by taking better care of your body. Moving, sweating and getting outside have so many positive benefits outside of 6 pack abs.

5 Steps To Living Your Best Life

LIFE ISN’T MEANT TO BE EASY!​​​​​​​ We all go through ruts in our lives. We face difficult and sometimes heartbreaking circumstances that leave us feeling less than motivated to be our best. The key is to not linger in these dark places that lead to a bitter and unfulfilling life. Instead, face the negative emotions, deal with them head on and let them fuel you to be a better, not a worse human being. 

Feelings can break you down into tiny pieces. But Don’t let it!

  • Feeling burnt out, exhausted and stuck ?
  • Feeling anxious, depressed and irritable ?
  • Having a perpetual string of bad luck moments ?
  • Turning to food, drinking, drugs, television, or something else to numb the discomfort, “take the edge off,” or just avoid dealing with life ?
  • Having a “just don’t care” or “f-it” attitude  ?

5 ways to turn your buts into a nice butt

Practice gratitude – it may sound silly but I assure you, it works! Make a list of 5 things you’re grateful for at least once per day and additionally every time you start going down a negative or feel sorry for yourself space. You have more things to be grateful for in your life. YOU probably just don’t know it yet. START WRITING!

Get out and move – it doesn’t matter what it is – walk, do some squats, hire a trainer, just get your blood flowing! Movement is life and without it we die quickly. Your brain, heart, and muscles will thank you in the long run. Get up of your you know what and MOVE. It’s better than sitting on your butt for so man y hours everyday.

Practice being present in the moment – set an alarm as a reminder twice per day to just stop, look around, notice the sights / sounds / smells / etc.. around you and take a few deep breaths as you become aware of these things. Awareness will open new potentials and shine light on your ability to be great!

Nourish your mind, body and spirit – no matter what your beliefs are, all 3 are connected and you must nourish all 3 to feel fulfilled and true happiness. Get outside and enjoy nature, find a positive affirmation that makes you feel good and repeat it to yourself throughout the day, intentionally move your body and break a sweat daily. Tell someone how much you love them an do’t be afraid to give them a hug. Hug them for 30 seconds or more and make them feel completely uncomfortable. LOL

Surround yourself with positive people – whether it’s calling up a friend who makes you feel good about yourself, listening to a motivating podcast or reading a good book, take control over who you spend your time with and what you’re doing.  Your surrounding can make you or break you. Choose positive and remove the toxic crap out of your life. YOU DON’T NEED IT!
