Low Sugar Almond Flour Pancake

1 cup of almond flour
2 whole eggs or egg replacement
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of almond extract
2 tbsp of sugar-free syrup
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of MCT oil
Add cinnamon, sea salt to taste

Whisk it all together until you get a smooth, even consistency. Add a tbsp of unsweetened almond milk to make it thinner. Use more milk if needed. Use avocado butter or any butter of your choice and place it in the pan. Pre-heat the pan for a few minutes. Add the mix in the pan at your preferred size for your cakes. Let it cook for at least 2 minutes or until you see the color getting brown. Flip and allow the other side to brown as well. Place the cakes on your plate and top with butter, sugar-free syrup, blueberries, and raspberries. This mix makes enough for 2-3 non-greedy people. (LOL) Have fun and enjoy.
