  1. Hi Donovan! Just wanted to let you know that I’m so EXCITED about these workouts! I’m still going through the beginners workouts, but I’m moving at my own pace. I need to take things slow but I’m loving every minute of this! I did the Lower and Upper Body Combo this evening and I LOVED it! Like I said I have to go at my own pace but I’m doing a workout every day! Thanks so much for all of this!!! I’ve never been this excited about working out until I found Chair Workouts!!!
